Happy Anniversary to Disneyland's Haunted Mansion. August 9th 1969 The doors creeked open on this most anticipated addition to Disneyland. The week it opened Disneyland had record attendance. That record wasn't broken until the 80's. Disneyland will celebrate this anniversay on 09-09-09. in honor of the 999 ghosts that live there. I'm there!
