Grandmother's House - Deeds

This next installment of GMH will have limited appeal. I had thought it would be fun to have an old Property Deed in this kit that you could fill in your own information. Either for your own new home or to use for an old family home. Sandy B from my CT came up with one, ready made for you to fill in your information. I also had my brother send me copies of one of the old family deeds belonging to my Great Grandfather. The deed to property that is now mostly under water. Covered by a man made reservoir. He also sent me a great old receipt for the down payment. The down payment in 1894 was $2. My how things have changed. I edited out all the information on these document to make these for you. I did a little fiddling with them so I can easily identify them should they the victim's of piracy.

My good DEED for the day. DOWNLOAD

A big thank you to you and Sandy for these wonderful deeds. While in Orlando, I worked with my sister on some genealogy and these will be a great addition for the pages I someday hope to get done. :)

Yep, this really was your good deed for the day! I was to scrap about my great-grandparents' country store, so the receipt and deed will be perfect. Thanks for your generosity!
